Power Electronics Hardware Development Engineer

I. Power Electronics System Design and Commissioning

1. Familiar with common power electronics circuit topologies such as DC/DC and DC/AC converters, with strong circuit analysis and design capabilities;
2. Familiar with automatic control principles, with strong control system analysis capabilities;
3. Familiar with the characteristics and drive technologies of commonly used power devices, including IGBTs, thyristors, diodes, bipolar transistors, and MOSFETs;
4. Able to perform parameter calculations, component selection, and solution design for commonly used electrical distribution equipment.

II. Circuit Board Design and Debugging

1. Proficient in circuit schematic and PCB design;
2. Proficient in using various test instruments to debug circuit boards;
3. Able to prepare relevant technical documentation;
4. Familiar with circuit board production and related manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Automation, Measurement and Control Engineering, or a related field;
2. At least three years of relevant industry experience;
3. Good command of English and able to read technical documentation in English;
4. Strong technical presentation, communication, coordination, organizational, managerial, and teamwork skills, with the ability to clearly express professional opinions in meetings;
5. Clear, rigorous, and thorough logical thinking, with strong learning and comprehension skills;
6. Strong experimental and hands-on skills;
7. Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
